We had an amazing stay! The hotel had great facilities, including a wonderful pool and spa. The location was perfect and easy to access transportation. The staff made us feel very welcome and helped us even when we didn't speak the language. The breakfast was delicious!

The establishment had a great location, situated in close proximity to the town center and other attractions. the room and bathroom were spacious, with comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. the amenities like the pool and spa were top-notch and relaxing.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and could have been better, making it difficult to get work done or stay in touch with loved ones.

We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Merlo and it was amazing! the pool was fantastic , we really loved swimming and relaxing in it. the spa was another great aspect of the hotel , it was so nice to get a massage and feel totally relaxed. the location was perfect too , right in the heart of the town. Plus, we really enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant.
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about this hotel. Everything was great , from the amenities to the service , we couldn't have asked for anything more.

My experience at this hotel was ruined by their lack of preparation for the holiday season. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the influx of guests.
